We reach out to connect and discuss your career goals. If we miss you, we will leave a voicemail or gladly reschedule for a time that works best for your schedule.
Once connected, we walk you through the ACE Talent Internship Program. We will then send you a comprehensive program plan detailing everything you need to know.
After you approve the program plan and complete your candidate application, we will send you detailed host company profiles for your consideration.
Once you confirm your interest in the host company's details, you simply provide us with your availability, and we will prepare you for the next steps.
We coordinate directly with the host company. Once they agree to move forward, we will secure your time slot and send you an official interview confirmation.
The final step! An official internship offer is extended. Once you accept, your professional journey with your new host company begins.
